URBAN LOUNGE 1st JUNE!

As many of you know, our next show is at The Urban Lounge, 1st of June on Whyte Ave, we will be doing our full three sets. We should be getting TICKETS very soon and they will be handed out to all our regulars at no charge, if you dont have a ticket you may have to pay at the door. We really could use the support again on this show as it's our first time in the club. Our stint at The Blind Pig was alot of fun so lets just re-do the party in a place right around the time...umm say the Oilers are going for the cup! Do it on the blue mile with BADSEED!

Our all ages kids show at The Dungeon is on Saturday, June 10th. Contact the band if you plan on coming so we know how many people to expect.
A Solid Performance..

Friday night at The Blind Pig started off very slow with maybe 20 people in the club, after a very tight 1st set the warm up's were over and it was time to kick it up a notch. We did just that playing very well and motivating the small crowd to get off thier chairs and get the blood flowing. The band had an excellent time, everyone in the club seemed to support us and enjoyed the music as it was pounding out. We invited "Steve" and "Warren" from the band Train Wreck up to play "Born To Be Wild" with the guys, it sounded awesome. Thanks guys.
The band had a solid Saturday night as well, the songs were tight and we had the pleasure of a good crowd. Ian (Ray's son) managed to get up on stage with us and jam Pearl Jam's "Last Kiss", everyone enjoyed it. The band would like to thank Terra, Brittany and Alex for keeping the band hydrated with Tequila and everyone else who came out to show thier support. Were going to work on some more originals in May and prepare for the next show at The Urban Lounge. Tickets are $5.00, contact a member of the band for tix.
The band is heading back to St.Albert's BLIND PIG PUB on May 5th & 6th for a couple of nights of rockin tunes and partying, we hope to see some of the locals out for this one. The room is small but very intimate and the sound is usually Great. We've been working on more originals since our last show and the SEEDsound seems to be getting HEAVIER as it evolves. Maybe some Drop C in the future, who knows? Anyways that's about it, oh one more thing.
Robin went to Mexico last week for a nice vacation and brought the boys back a bottle of Mexico's finest Tequila. Thanks Dood! When are we gonna drink it? Allright, enough, must run. Until next time.
Interesting But Fun...

Friday night at JJ's turned out to be a very good time, we had a large sized drinkin & dancin crowd which manage to make the evening sail by. Kate, our awesome promo girl generously donated Edmonton Oiler hockey tickets for Saturdays game verses the Calgary Flames which we raffled off later in the third set. The band played fairly well considering if was first show since New Years. Saturday night started off slow but the regulars began to shuffle in the front doors and made it a night to remember. Our #1 solid gold dancer, Mr.Push up's made it all worthwhile. We want to thank everyone for coming down and making another seed show a success.
The bands next show is at The Blind Pig in St.Albert on May 5th & 6th, we hope to see everyone there. Also, weve made our Mp3 demo tracks available for download here on the site, just click on the lower right corner and "Save Target As.." to put the file onto your computer. Enjoy!

JJ's Pub Welcomes The Seed...

The band is moving the gear to JJ's on March 31st for two nights of old school feel and rock. The show's at JJ's have always been solid and were looking forward to debuting our newest song, "Pharoah", this heavy number seems to groove and has an interesting arrangement. We look forward to hearing what people have to say so feel free to let us know after the set.
