Well were about to get back into the grind after our exstensive break. Throughout the month of December the band will be preparing for yet another awesome year of performances. Were currently in talks with a few new clubs around the city and will be adding those dates to the schedule page soon. As well as new clubs, a wedding is on the agenda this summer, I guess the boys will have to dig out those ROCK Suits and David Lee Roth pants!
Ray "The Dragon" just returned from Mexico and sent me a few pictures of his excersion. It looks like he felt no pain enjoying sun, unlimited amounts of Corona and Tequila. I'm just wondering why in the hell he is wearing pink shorts, ummm, "Dragon Sir?", pink definitly clashes with flowers dood. Anyways, Ray also spent the day in a wicked club watching the Grey Cup with a few freinds and managed to get a hold of a real Dragon while out on some sort of booze cruise. Good to hear you had a good time Ray, show the seed colors proud even if you have to moon the camera once in a while.
After a long summer show schedule we are going to take a couple of months off to chill out and spend some time with our families, we will also be focusing on our own music which is important. We are booking dates for 2005 and also in search of a New Years show, if you book for a club send me an email and we can talk.
Our JJ's show this Friday and Saturday went off without any major hitches and we had alot of support come out for the event, the photos and writeup are available Here. Thanks to everyone who came out and don't forget to check out the latest Seedgirl Denise, nice jewels and awesome form. Thanks Denise!

EXPLODING INTO JJ'S!!!
17 Sep 2004, Posted by Rick.
The band is pumped and ready to rock JJ's Pub once again, the last time we played we had a great turnout and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Were currently working on some original material as well and another cover tune "Away From The Sun" from Three Doors Down so that you can get a little closer to the girlfriend or missus instead of disco techin around the Pub.
Were hitting the stage on October 1st and 2nd from 10 pm till close. As far as I know, there is no cover for this event. JJ's Pub is located on St.Albert Trail and 118 Ave in Edmonton. See you there!
2 Nights To Remember!

After a grueling Friday afternoon setup of over 4 hours, the exhausted seed managed to pull off another great double header weekend of mayhem & rock. Duster's Pub was filled to capacity both nights as the band played with energy and put on one of their best shows thus far. Through three 50 minute sets each night the presence was felt by all, filling the small but cozy dance floor were grinders (Trina & Lori) and other hot seeders shaking their sugar trees. I think there were even a couple people reliving there high school prom performing the "side to side" dance move we all used to do, basically the only dance move we knew at the time. Read more on these great nights at Dusters Pub here.

In other news, the Badseed T-Shirt Contest has come to a close. A big Seed congrats goes out to Brian Sanders of Edmonton, Alberta. Brian sent in the name "Zwerg" which means runt in German, the guys spent some time trying to decide which name was the best and "Zwerg" seemed to fit. Two other submissions were tied for second, "Morph" & "Victor". Thanks to all who entered, look for a new contest from the site soon.

We've been asked to return to Duster's Pub and it looks as though we'll be rolling out the rock on September 10th & 11th. The last time we played had a good turnout and were hoping for some local support again for this one. It's been over a month since we've played a club date and it's good to finally stretch it out again.
Don't forget to send in your submission for the T-Shirt Contest, more information and how you can win can be found here.
