Weve made some changes to our site so it will load quicker and be more versatile for the growth of the band. The old layout was busy and simply a pain to add new pages, this standard Gunshy layout which I've used for years will be a good starting point for the bands online presence.
Were still working the show out in the rehearsal space and should be on schedule for a mid April start or early May.
JJ's last night was a hell a good time, the band played 5 songs in the jam and the sound was full and felt by all. We covered "USSR, Lil Devil, Crackerman, Torn and Rockin Is My Business", we had a good response from the onlookers and swallowed a few ales in between playing. Last night also gave us a chance to make some musical contacts for the future and it looks as though the band is further along than we thought. Were looking forward to our first full back to back whereever that may be, keep checking the site for new show dates.
Thanks to all those who came out last night to watch us.
JJ's This Thursday...
14 Mar 2004, Posted by Rick.
The band will be heading down to JJ's Pub this Thursday for the open stage and step out of the basement to play in front of some real faces. If you have the time, come on down and check us out, it's on the corner of St Albert Trail and 118th ave, we should be playing around 10:30 and hopefully will get a chance to do a few songs.
Welcome to the Official website of Edmonton based band Bad Seed. Bad Seed is focused and determined to deliver three solid sets of hard hitting, in your face rock. Were currently fine tuning the show and should be ready to hit the club circuit in about a month, there is rumour of a hall party date in March but we'll have to see about that.
The site is new so keep checking back for more updates, I plan on including some pictures and audio files very soon. Thanks.
